Our portfolio has been carefully curated, quality over quantity, to ensure a high level of client service. If you wish to list with us you'll find we're flexible with your calender. If your house is only available during Christmas or select school holidays, that's fine with us. Or, if you're travelling longer term and are seeking trustworthy long term guests we're here to find the finest tenants for you, and we will take care of your home. For location shoots (advertising, television or film) we're happy to showcase and take bookings for your home or farm in our locations portfolio.

Tobi is our Public relations and Marketing manager at Cobbold & Co. Tobi has a wealth of experience in marketing and branding, spanning over 10 years, and has worked with the world's most coveted luxury and travel brands. She also chooses to work closely with Indigenous Australia and home-grown small businesses. When Tobi is not working on a fast-based promotion, event or collaboration you'll find her doing quite the opposite, such as enjoying a Sydney coastal walk or perusing a garden centre.
