• Organise a site visit from our team. 
• We will carefully listen to your needs and requirements
• We will appraise your property and value it
• We'll send you a proposal with pricing 
• You'll be given a guide on how to prepare your property for residential or location rentals
• Our photographer will be booked to do a photo shoot so we can market your home
• We will list your home on our website Cobbold and Co, as well as a number of platforms specialising in achieving your rental goals
• Once your property is advertised and live we will field booking enquiries
• We screen potential guests or events and film shoots carefully
• We secure a bond and their ID and they sign a contract agreeing to our rules
• Once a booking is underway we look after the clients with 24/7 concierge and  answer any questions they have
• When the booking is completed we inspect the property to make sure there is no damage
• The property is returned to the owner and the security bond is released.
• Owners are paid prior to a location or event hire. 
• Owners are paid at the end of the month for residential bookings
