We arrive at 6 am at the airport, can we have an early check-in?
Where possible we will give you an early check-in. If the house has no previous guests, we are happy to oblige at a reasonable hour. We usually can accommodate luggage drop off and can suggest some activities if it's not possible to check in before 3 pm.
Can we have a late checkout?
We will always accommodate a reasonable request to check out later than the standard 10 am time. However if we have a same-day turn around for guests, and the house has to be prepped, we stick to the scheduled checkout time. Sorry!
Do you supply linen and bathroom amenities?
Yes, we do. Our linen is hotel grade and we also supply environmentally safe and planet-friendly soaps and hand wash.
Do you supply shampoo?
We do not supply shampoos. Some of our owners like to leave shampoo and conditioner, we leave them in the bathroom cupboards!
What kitchen supplies are there?
Typically, the kitchen provides cooking oil, salt, pepper, and herbs for guests to use. Additionally, some pantries may offer additional supplies for guests' convenience. We are happy to stock a fridge or pantry if you are flying in from overseas.
Do you supply concierge services ?
We love to aid in spoiling our guests. If you're after a home manicure, a massage or a private chef to whip up a special event, please let us know. We'll happily make recommendations of trusted and exclusive services.
Is there a minimum age requirement for renting the accommodation?
Whilst we adore young people, afraid we have a minimum age booking requirement of 25 years!
Is there Wi-Fi/internet access available?
All our houses have fast and free wifi.
How do I extend my stay if I decide to do so?
Just call us and if it's available you can extend your stay easily.
How do I contact someone in case of an emergency or if I have any issues during my stay?
We are contactable 24 hours round the clock. Of course we have office hours but if its urgent call us!
Is there a security deposit required? If so, how much and when is it refunded?
We take a security deposit if you book with us direct. It can be as much as two weeks rental, or as little as $500 for a small apartment. If you book via one of the holiday platforms sometimes there is no bond, as they have their own insurance. We refund security deposits within 7 days of a guest leaving the property.
Can I have guests over during my stay? Are there any restrictions on the number of guests allowed?
We are happy for you to have guests, but please don't extend the guest per bed ratio, extra bodies on sofas and floors are not so welcome without prior notice!
Is smoking permitted in the property?
No smoking, no vapes, no marijuana inside any of our houses. If you care to smoke, outside please and with your own ashtray please!
What are the accepted methods of payment?
We take all credit cards, PayPal, direct bank transfer, apple pay and cash!
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed at most of our properties. However we charge a cleaning surplas for pet stays, of $200.
What is the parking situation? Is there a designated parking area?
Where possible we always supply parking, a garage or car space attached to the home. Owners are also generous with council casual parking permits. Some areas without parking have unrestricted parking close by, so let us know if you're bringing a car, we have helpful hints always.
